companies, whether start-ups, global leaders or indigenous investors.
Located in East Kilbride, it began life as the National Engineering Laboratory (NEL), undertaking

Enterprise since 1994.
It has four multi-occupancy office/research buildings offering serviced units ranging from 14 sq m

Now home to more than 100 companies, employing in excess of 1,200 highly skilled staff, occupiers
include the National Engineering Laboratory, the Scottish Universities Environmental Research Centre,
