This development represents the largest commercial and industrial planning consent granted in Scotland.
With a total site area of 65 hectares, Clyde Gateway is now bringing forward the National Business
District Phase 1 - comprising 11 hectares. A budget of £20m is being invested in the site infrastructure,
landscaping and a new pedestrian bridge providing direct access to Dalmarnock Rail Station.
Potential exists for 17 buildings which could be sub-divided further and the site has significant capacity
for large floorplate buildings. These could include a new HQ office building, BRE Innovation Park and
further commercial, industrial and hybrid developments.
