Wells hosts a variety of agencies, both
public and private, that aim to assist your
company to achieve this key business
requirement. As a regional centre Royal
Tunbridge Wells has over thirty private
sector agencies, with national and local
market knowledge.
Public sector agencies include:
Jobcentre Plus
Jobcentre Plus provides national and
local recruitment services at no direct
cost to business. Jobcentre Plus works
with employers across many sectors,
including care, construction, contact
centres, retail and hospitality. When a
business chooses to work with Jobcentre
Plus to fill a job vacancy, it will be
advertised in the following ways:

through Jobseeker Direct - the Jobcentre
Plus phone service for people applying
for jobs.

The telephone service also includes
signposting to specific support for small
and medium sized businesses seeking to
recruit staff.
Employer Direct online is a free internet
service from Jobcentre Plus that allows
you to advertise your jobs online.

Kent Adult Education Centre
Kent Adult Education provides courses
for individuals and bespoke courses for
businesses in areas such as creative skills,
health, sport, leisure and self-development.

and drawing, sculpture, pottery, silver-
smith and embroidery, to running, yoga,
Pilates and dance. It also offers a range
