Fusion Assets
Fusion Assets is the arm’s length property development and regeneration company of North
Lanarkshire Council tasked with attracting investment into the area and creating long term economic
benefits. The company can operate across any sector within North Lanarkshire but the focus of its
current investment programme is on industrial and commercial schemes, working in partnership
with private developers.
To date, Fusion Assets has acquired and remediated some 44 acres of
brownfield land spread across eight different sites in North Lanarkshire.
All are within established commercial locations with good road access
and ready to accommodate a range of new businesses premises.
The first development at Dundyvan Enterprise Park in Coatbridge is
now complete with units available both for sale and lease.
Fusion Assets is in the process of bringing forward new industrial and
office developments at Strathclyde Business Park, Eurocentral and
Drumpellier Business Park, with construction scheduled to begin
during 2015.
