Kingsway Business Park is being designed and built to be the ideal location for doing business in the Northwest.

et to be one of the largest mixed-use developments in the UK, Kingsway will provide a modern gateway to the Manchester City Region and the Northwest. 
The business park, situated on Junction 21 of the M62 is within the Rochdale Borough and is being jointly developed by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWRDA), Wilson Bowden Developments, Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council and Rochdale Development Agency. It will employ a business community of 7,250 people when completed. 

Easy Access 
Kingsway offers unrivalled access to the major cities, airports and ports of the Northwest. Linked directly to the M62, Kingsway is just 12 miles from central Manchester, within 40 minutes drive of Leeds and Liverpool city centres and 40 minutes drive from Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds-Bradford International Airports. 
Direct motorway access also means Kingsway is just 35 minutes by road from the World Freight Terminal and Trafford Park Rail Euroterminal, 45 minutes from the port of Liverpool and 90 minutes from Hull. 



Creating the right environment 
The site will feature a high quality new-build with 3,000,000 sq ft of industrial units and more than 296,000 sq ft of offices. This includes a wide range and scale of spaces bringing a choice of flexible, commercial accommodation to the Northwest. Amenities on site will include retail facilities, hotels, conference venues, restaurants, and childcare. Set in an attractive landscape, Kingsway includes areas of newly created woodland, along with walkways, cycle routes and bus routes that have been carefully planned to allow for, and promote, green travel. 


On-site Support 
Recruitment and training support is available free of charge to Kingsway occupants.  Through consultation, the Kingsway Recruitment Team identifies recruitment briefs for employers and develops them into detailed recruitment programmes complemented by tailored training courses.
