Another new project is a £7m high quality watersports facility on Crosby Marine Park. Going green 
SeftonÕs regeneration portfolio includes two high profile ÔgreenÕ developments: Senate Business Park and Vesty Business Park. Leading regeneration specialists Priority Sites are behind both developments. 
Senate Business Park is set to create up to 280 new jobs and will boast excellent ÔgreenÕ credentials. The £11m development in Bootle will comprise 80,000 sq ft of high quality office space, including a 27,000 sq ft building ideally positioned to form prestigious office headquarters.
