Lothian BusesÕ number 35 service connects the airport to the Gyle, Fountainbridge and Ocean Terminal in Leith. Stagecoach runs the Airdirect 747 service to Ferry Toll Park and Ride and Inverkeithing railway station. The journey time is approximately 25 minutes.

Airlink 100 is a fast and frequent bus service operated by Lothian Buses, and is a quick and cost effective way to reach the centre of Edinburgh. It runs to and from Waverley Bridge and takes around 25 minutes.

Three separate taxi ranks exist in the airportÕs forecourt area. The fleet of airport taxis operates from the eastern end of the terminal building with a city black cabs rank. The third rank is located in the short stay multi-storey car park and is available for pre-booked taxis.

At the airport 

Edinburgh Airport is served by a single terminal. International arrivals is situated at the west end of the building and domestic arrivals at the east. Recent developments at the airport include the construction of six new aircraft stands to help accommodate additional flights, and the reconfiguration of check-in and domestic arrivals in order to provide additional space. 
A major project to double the size of the departure lounge and expand the security search area is underway. The £40m investment will provide new retail and catering outlets and more seating and circulation space. 
Passengers can make use of Valet Parking at Edinburgh Airport, and Car Care offers a professional car wash service. Helping Hand is a service which can give personalised assistance to business associates or family members to smooth their way through the airport on arrival or departure. Passengers can pre-book use of a lounge in the departure area. There is also wireless internet access at several points before -and after security control.
