Our lecturers have extensive experience with working in industry and delivering high calibre executive development programmes. We offer a broad range of courses to meet both individual, business and community groups needs. The Continuing Professional Development Unit offers CPD courses for individuals and companies and also provides a broad range of general open courses and accredited courses for adults. Our online learning platform Campus One is recognised as one of the leading providers of distance learning courses in the world. Campus one offers a wide range of courses including courses at postgraduate level. We also offer a wide range of short courses and continuous professional programmes across most topic areas. Each year we have over 5,000 finalists seeking graduate opportunities and 1,500 students seeking placements. It is therefore a comprehensive resource for connecting employers with graduate talent. The Career Development Centre provides a central recruitment point for graduates and finalists, and for those offering placement, part-time and vacation opportunities. Research and innovation We organise our research work into Research Institutes, led by a member of academic staff, usually a professor, who has an international reputation for the excellence of the research that he or she has completed.
