will consist of three inter-connected
buildings boasting on-site catering,
conference facilities and car parking
facilities. Building 1 - on target for
August 2008 - will be suitable for
both office and laboratory use.
Containing approximately 10,000 sq
ft of space to let on each floor of
its five floors, each building will be
capable of accommodating bespoke
hi-tech, flexible workspace.
Presently all accommodation is
fully let to companies ranging from
global giants such as Microsoft
and Citi, through to one-person
spin-out projects from QueenÕs
University Belfast and the
University of Ulster.
Through a combination of worldclass
fibre optic ICT connectivity,
innovative workspace and
successful mentoring programmes,
NISP continues to be a major

Located approximately two miles
or five minutes northeast of Belfast
